Returns and exchanges 

The returns policy outlined below is applicable to purchases made online only. 

Cube Percs offers you a 14 day return policy, beginning when you receive your item.

Refund, exchange or store credit may be provided to purchases online only and are subject to conditions below.

No refund or credit will be made of any delivery charges. 

No store credits or refunds on SALE or online promotions (Discounts) .

Returns Conditions

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the merchandise is deemed to be delivered or purchased from the store. 

• For change of mind purchases, Cuba Percs will only except returns that are in original condition from when purchased.

• Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached and in the items original packaging. 

• Refunds or exchanges  are not applicable for pierced jewellery and swimwear.

• Merchandise that have been altered, worn or washed will not be processed for returns

• Proof of purchase is required

• Returns may be submitted in store or posted back to Cuba Percs within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Address listed below.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase via post, please notify us by email at cubapercs@gmail.com . Once we have received the return or exchange and have ensured that it is eligible,  we will dispatch the new item or provide the store credit via email. Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, that must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.
